Sponsoring creates an image. The influencing factor increases, depending on how small the difference between the individual, competing products or services is. Every sport has its very own image. Since services and corporate identity vary from company to company different sports may be considered for sponsoring. In formula motorsport there are sponsoring companies that work in wholly different markets. They take advantage of this sport’s very high profile. You will find sponsors or rather sponsoring activities from sectors like foodstuffs, drinks and tobacco, fashion, hardware & software, consumer electronics, optical instruments and last but not least from the diverse car industry sectors and their suppliers. These companies benefit from the diverse image of formula motorsport.
